Key tasks and responsibilities:
- manages, organizes, and controls the workflow of the hotel housekeeping department
- monitors the quality, orderliness, cleanliness, and hygiene of the hotel
- plans, develops, and implements standards and operating procedures for the successful functioning of the department
- supervises the department's work in accordance with the company's established standards
- participates in the selection and training processes of employees
- creates a weekly work schedule, ensuring that working hours are adapted to the volume of work
- manages departmental costs to align with the approved plan
- keeps track of the entry and exit of hotel linens
- oversees the interior decoration of the hotel
- responsible for procuring consumables and work supplies.
Your profile:
- preferred work experience in the same or similar position
- preferred work experience in high-category hotels
- educational background: preferably degree in hotel management or economics
- proficient in spoken and written English, with knowledge of a second foreign language being desirable
- computer literacy (MS Office)
- high level of responsibility in performing job tasks
- focus on the quality of work and guest satisfaction
- ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
